The Seated Cable Row See muscles involved Primary Muscles Involved Latissimus Dorsi, Rhomboids, Teres Major, Posterior Deltoid, Biceps Other Muscles Involved Forearms (gripping), Abdominals and Spinal Erectors (stabilizing the torso) Execution While gripping the handle with both hands and with arms extended, sit with knees bent, torso vertical, chest out, and abdominals tightened (Starting Position). Pull elbows back as far as possible until the handle approaches or touches the lower torso (Finishing Position). Tips and Safety Keep the back straight and do not hunch over. |
